Flow

FLOW system is an adaptable chest and arm workout that packs into one compact unit. Carbon steel handles provide a stable, ergonomic way to perform pushups and a variety of other exercises with the additional wall mounted straps.
The goal of this project was to create a short set of clips that emphasize the ease of use and weightlessness of the Flow workout system. I wanted the clips to be friendly and approachable to the viewer.
